Augusoft Expands Customer Service, Sales and Marketing/Business Development Teams
Minneapolis– August 30, 2010

Augusoft announced several recent hires as it continues to expand its customer service, sales and marketing/business development departments.   The new hires include: Yvette Bousquet-Altman, software and training support specialist; Sarah Bleier, sales coordinator; Josh Siegel, account representative; and, Chris Murphy, pr/marketing manager.

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities offer Students Easy Online Registration and Improved Customer Service using Augusoft Lumens® solution
Minneapolis– July 19, 2010

The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system announced today that Augusoft, Inc., the leader in non-credit education Software as a Service (SaaS), will be providing Lumens Lifelong Learning Management System™ to all customized and continuing education programs throughout the state system. Already available at five Twin Cities area state colleges, adoption of Lumens by the remaining 27 institutions will allow Minnesota adult students, dislocated workers and lifelong learners the ability to self-register online for program courses.

“We want to make registering for these courses as simple and easy as possible,” said Richard Tvedten, system director for customized training.  “Once online registration is fully up and running, the 164,000 employees and 6,000 or so employers who enroll in our customized and continuing education programs each year will benefit from a more efficient process.”  (more)

Augusoft Releases New Solution for Data Integration with Campus-wide ERP Systems
Lumens API provides customer control for bridging data to ERP solutions

Augusoft®, Inc., the leader in non-credit education software announced a new data integration solution, Lumens® API (Application Programming Interface) enabling customers to bridge Lumens data into campus-wide ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions such as Oracle’s PeopleSoft® Campus Solutions, SunGard Banner® and Datatel®. Campus developers are now given secure access to the Lumens platform for import and export of data to or from varying platforms or data warehouses. Augusoft Kicks Off 2010 With New Director of Sales
Minneapolis– January 4, 2010

Augusoft announces the appointment of Donna Swedin to the position of Director of Sales. Donna joins the Augusoft executive team with 17 plus years experience in sales and operations management and product marketing at education technology companies, most recently with PLATO Learning. Based in Minneapolis, she will lead the Augusoft sales team to accelerate the expansion of Lumens into non-credit education markets. Donna holds an Executive MBA from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.

Starting the new year at Augusoft, Donna stated, “I am thrilled to join the Augusoft team and integrate my edtech industry experience to their company vision.
