It was standing room only at this breakout session in New Orleans, regarding the coming tsunami and the leadership challenges facing community colleges today. William J. Flynn, Managing Director with NCCET and Cem Erdem, President and CEO of Augusoft 's presentation supplemented the recently published NCCET/Augusoft monograph at the 15th annual Workforce Development Institute (WDI) conference. Administrators/Deans and the professional staff of Customized Training and Continuing Education departments from the eleven MnSCU Institutions in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region gathered for the Metro Alliance for Customized & Continuing Education's Professional Staff Development Day.
